Using NaNaTones you can enhance you mobile phone with popular and cute ringtones. To use NaNaTones service you need to read and accept these terms and conditions. The agreement can be modified by NaNaTones company at any time. All the changes will work starting from the time they are published here. It is under your responsibility to review these terms and conditions for any modification.

NaNatones.com service cannot be used for any illegal purpose or any reason prohibited by the laws.

NaNaTone service is only for your personal use and cannot be used for any commercial purpose.

NaNaTones can contain links to third party Web sites. NaNaTones company does not have a responsibility of their content.

NaNaTones service has a right to terminate your access to the NaNaTones web site at any time, without any notification in case of any illegal actions.

Every customer who pays by credit card warrants that he/she is the cardholder or has the permission of the cardholder and that the billing information provided is accurate.

Once you approve the purchase of the subscription, you agree that NaNaTones will charge your Card for the purchase.

To order a membership you need to follow the registration process and provide all the required information.

You are responsible for all activities in your account. In case of unauthorized using of your account you need to notify NaNaTones immediately.

NaNaTones company is not responsible for losing your password or account or stealing your account data. Membership is not transferable, and your account may not use by anyone other than the account holder. Any distribution of the ringtones provided by NaNaTones from your account name will cause an cancellation of your subscription without a refund.

Once you have bought a subscription to NaNaTones service you get and unlimited access to the biggest database of fun ringtones. To get an access to your account you need to login to NaNaTones website with your login and password. On your account page you can find and download a ringtone. All the ringtones you downloaded will be placed to "My favorite ringtones" on your account page. After this you can upload your favorite ringtones to your mobile phone via USB cable or Bluetooth directly from your computer.

Also you have wap access to your favorite ringtones that you downloaded from your mobile phone.

All the ringtones are 30 second versions.

NaNaTones will not cancel your account because of any personal reason.

If you want to get a refund please read our refund policy below and contact us.

NaNaTones service is provided as is.
Refund will be given only if you did not download any ringtone.
All requests for refunds must be made no later than 3 days after ordering.
Refunds will be given within one week.
The sum of refund will equal sum that you paid minus 20% of billing fees and third part expenses.
If you have any problem with NaNaTones service please contact us and your problem will be considered during two business days.

You understand and agree that NaNaTones can use your personal information such as your e-mail address to send you some news and offers from NaNaTones servise. However your personal information will not be share with any third part.

NaNaTones has a license agreement with the music publishing companies whose musical compositions are listed here. If you represent a music company and you have any question regarding your products please contact us.
